In early 2025, APQC launched a research study to understand the state of HR functions today. HR leaders across the globe were surveyed about how their organization is handling HR challenges, strategy, and performance.

This report summarizes the survey findings from organizations with 50,000 or more employees. Organizations can use this information to benchmark and identify areas for improvement within their HR functions.
