APQC CEO Carla O'Dell spoke with Edward J. Hoffman as part of the "Big Thinkers, Big Ideas" interview series. Edward J. Hoffman founded the NASA Academy of Program/Project and Engineering Leadership (APPEL) and was its director for 20 years. He currently serves as NASA's Chief Knowledge Officer (CKO) and is also adjunct professor at the George Washington University. Hoffman has written numerous journal articles and co-authored NASA's Journey to Project Management Excellence, Shared Voyage: Learning and Unlearning from Remarkable Projects, and Project Management Success Stories: Lessons of Project Leaders.
