APQC's knowledge management (KM) project planning worksheet helps organizations design and plan projects associated in support of their KM strategies. The worksheet is designed primarily for organizations that do not have a standard project charter or are unsure about the best way to plan a KM pilot project.

The worksheet helps the organization create an effective design team; clarify the project objectives; analyze risks and opportunities related to the project; and sketch out key activities, roles, resources, and a timeline.
