An Agile Approach to Knowledge Sharing at Cargill

How do you capture R&D knowledge and make it accessible to multiple business units that span the globe? Sonia Henry, knowledge management lead, and France Despert, principal knowledge digitalization specialist, from Cargill took their cues from Agile methodology to develop a digital platform for collecting and distributing valuable knowledge to their R&D team. The platform was designed so this knowledge could then be shared across the company, with the goal of supporting Cargill’s desire to become a learning organization.
