This article lists 20 questions you can ask yourself when evaluating an existing KM business case or writing a new one. The questions are grouped into five categories: strategy; roles, responsibilities, and funding; implementation; measurement; and culture. If you can convincingly answer all 20 questions, it’s likely that your business case is on the right track. However, if you’re not sure about some of the answers, it may be time to look more closely at those aspects of your business case.
