Benchmarking Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Social justice movements, growing interest in sustainability, and new diversity reporting requirements/initiatives have organizations ramping up actions to support diversity and inclusion (DEI). Organizations are increasing DEI budgets and staffing, while making public commitments to achieving tangible DEI goals. Yet, it is not clear whether organizations are making progress towards these DEI commitments nor is it clear whether they have put in place measurement practices that allow them to assess return on these DEI investments.

This collection curates content that explores current DEI measurement practices and their relationship to DEI motivations, practices, challenges, and outcomes.
