This article describes five ways that leading organizations design and implement a strategic direction for their KM programs. The five tactics are illustrated with examples from NextEra Energy, Rockwell Collins, Shell, the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), and Abbott Pharmaceuticals.
