MSA wanted to increase collaboration and sharing across its global design centers in order to boost innovation, upskill engineers, reduce rework, and make R&D projects more efficient. A combination of communities of practice, design challenges, lessons learned, and wikis has broadened access to technical information and expertise, helped R&D teams learn from one another, and created new outlets for collaborative innovation.
