APQC’s Levels of Knowledge Management Maturity^(SM) is a framework designed to help organizations determine the degree of sophistication of their knowledge management programs and the ROI from their KM efforts. This case study describes how one organization used APQC's Levels of Knowledge Management Maturity to assess the current state of its KM program and then develop a roadmap to reach the highest level of maturity.
