Develop a Change Management Strategy to Support the KM Strategy and Approaches



Many organizations take an ad hoc approach to KM change management, reacting to training, coaching, and messaging needs as they arise. But often, these fragmented efforts end up being too little, too late. Without a plan to prepare employees for change and then guide them through it each step of the way, it's difficult to make new knowledge-sharing behaviors "stick" over the long term.
