Content Management Trends: APQC Data Report

In February 2014, APQC surveyed almost 500 people about how their organizations store, deliver, and facilitate access to enterprise content. This data report summarizes early results from the research, including:

• what the current content management landscape looks like in terms of vendors, tools and approaches;
• which leading-edge tools and approaches are gaining traction--and which aren't;
• the aspects of content management for which a majority of organizations have successful practices; and
• where the biggest opportunities for improvement lie.
