APQC is conducting a brief survey on this topic. Preliminary results from APQC’s research show that 47% (N=126) of the participating organizations have a formal supply chain talent management program. Having a formal supply chain talent management program allows a company to recruit supply chain professionals capable of operating in today's complex global markets.
