APQC is currently conducting a survey to understand how organizations are leveraging the Process Classification FrameworkSM (PCF). Preliminary results from the survey indicate that most organizations do not fully embrace a continuous improvement culture. Furthermore most organizations tend to apply the PCF for organizing their processes and as a starting point for their process improvement efforts. The infographic below represents our preliminary findings from the survey, and we'd like to know if they are representative of your organization's processes as well.
We have briefly extended the survey's deadline to Friday February 20th because we really appreciate your feedback. Your participation will help us provide insight on how organizations are using the PCF and the common adoption and implementation practices and challenges of use.
