Unplanned machine/equipment downtime as a percentage of scheduled run time
This measure helps companies calculates the percentage of scheduled run time that is disrupted by unplanned machine/equipment downtime. Note that unplanned machine/equipment downtime does not include downtime for preventive maintenance or unscheduled use. This measure is part of a set of Supplemental Information measures that help companies evaluate additional variables not covered elsewhere for the "produce/manufacture/deliver product" process.
