Turnover rate for logistics personnel

This measure determines the annualized rate of logistics employee departures as a percentage of total production workforce. A high turnover rate often indicates that employees are unhappy with working conditions or compensation. This measure is part of a set of Process Efficiency measures that help companies optimize the performance of their "manage logistics and warehousing" process by minimizing waste and refining resource consumption.
