Number of job applications per approved job requisition

The measure determines the number of job applications per approved job requisition in order to help a company understand how many applicants there are per posted job and whether or not their recruitment processes are proficient at generating the applicants needed to fill a vacancy. It is part of a set of Supplemental Information measures that help companies evaluate additional variables not covered elsewhere for the "recruit, source, and select employees" process.
