Annual value of unmanaged/maverick spend on all materials and services as a percentage of total spend

This measure calculates rogue/maverick spend as a percentage of total spend. Total spend, in addition to spending on direct and indirect materials and services, should include relevant discretionary and non-discretionary expenses (e.g. taxes, regulatory fees, legal judgments, other required spend). Rogue/Maverick/Unmanaged spend (procurement); This Process Efficiency measure is intended to help companies minimize waste and refine resource consumption related to the process group "Procure materials and services".
