Solution

APQC designed and delivered a customized Managing Change training program focused on helping participants lead people through change—not just understand the concepts. Through instructor-led learning and practical exercises, participants explored stakeholder analysis, change readiness, communication planning, resistance management, and reinforcement strategies they could apply to real initiatives. The training emphasized change management as an active capability that helps move initiatives from launch to sustained adoption.

Lessons Learned

Change management is most effective when participants can practice—not just discuss—the skills they'll use on the job. Realistic scenarios help employees develop the confidence to engage stakeholders, communicate through uncertainty, and support lasting adoption.
