This measure calculates the percentage of total annual number of disbursements processed that are duplicate or erroneous payments. A disbursement is a single remittance to a supplier of goods or services to pay for the goods and services received. This measure is a Process Efficiency measure that helps companies optimize their "process payments" process by minimizing waste and refining resource consumption.
