Average cycle time in days for sourcing events for the procurement process group

This measure calculates average cycle time in days (including weekends) for sourcing events for the procurement process group. Cycle time for a procurement sourcing event begins when the need is identified through a request from an internal stakeholder, and ends when the contract is signed. This Cycle Time measure is intended to help companies analyze this duration related to the process group "Procure materials and services".
