In supply chain decision making, companies no longer prioritize cost alone. APQC's research in supply chain planning and analysis of its Open Standards Benchmarking data reveal several drivers of performance that fall into three categories: strategy and culture, process, and technology.

Supply chain planners need this information to adjust plans to new realities, manage risks, optimize productivity and efficiency, coordinate with partners, and make informed decisions for the present and the longer term.
