Holly Lyke-Ho-Gland and Michael Sims from APQC participated in a recent CFO panel discussion, “What CFOs need to know about Robotic Process Automation.” Lyke-Ho-Gland and Sims discussed some common definitions of RPA, outlined the reasons why RPA is attracting attention from finance leaders, noted some common challenges associated with RPA adoption, and reflected on the future of RPA.
