Supply Chain Analytics: Trends, Benchmarks, and Business Impact

Organizations are investing more in supply chain analytics and thinking strategically about which parts of the enterprise should be responsible for the effort. In the summer of 2025, APQC conducted research on supply chain analytics and data management that included 315 participants from across the globe. The research examined the current state of organizational commitments to supply chain analytics and the impact analytics has had on businesses.
