This session focused on key takeaways and lessons learned from the Synergy Program at Aristocrat Technologies. The program was introduced to build a bottom-up effort to drive synergies across the organization with a focus on the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process. During the program, the IT/Procurement work stream was identified as an area where process standardization and analysis could help increase efficiency and productivity. Khurshid shared the insights and lessons that the team learned as it took steps to address this opportunity gap.
