In November 2020, Brian Kalish of Kalish Consulting hosted a virtual roundtable conversation for treasury professionals about the use of Robotic Process Automation (RPA) in treasury. Kalish was joined by eCapital partner Lisa David and RPA Practice Lead Jake Robbins to discuss the benefits of RPA and how it can help to meet some of treasury’s biggest challenges. Along with providing a summary of the roundtable conversation, this article provides a high-level overview of RPA implementation in treasury from APQC’s research.
