From Process Maturity Assessment to Execution and Benefits

In this session, attendees discovered how KK Wind Solutions effectively created and implemented a business process management (BPM) framework. By involving stakeholders and utilizing the APQC Business Process Management Maturity Assessment, they identified key gaps hindering their BPM program.

Session attendees learned how the BPM framework improved efficiency and transparency and fostered a culture of continuous improvement. Participants also heard about how proponents of the framework clarified misconceptions, enhanced processes, and developed a strong enterprise architecture model, with guidelines for process mapping, governance, and KPI creation.
