APQC collaborated with BCG to conduct research with 185 companies to evaluate the current state of a full range of operational and supply chain resilience capabilities needed to thrive. This survey-based research gathered quantitative data as well as information on practices related to establishing visibility and assessing risk.

This report provides a pharmaceutical industry snapshot of flexibility and transparency in manufacturing. It examines the extent of network redundancy, robust stockpile strategy, and transparency status of various inventories, capacity, and supply forecasts.
