Improv Conversations

The session helped participants leverage their people-centric skills to build vibrant, problem-solving cultures. They discovered digestible nuggets of wisdom, usable micro-lessons, and new habits to experiment with peers connected in this highly interactive general session. Building on improv and leadership techniques introduced by Elisabeth Swan, attendees had the opportunity to address real challenges and network with others in small groups as they discussed and exchanged ideas and experiences on crowd-sourced relevant topics.
