This session explored how ExxonMobil E&PS implemented a fit-for-purpose knowledge and process management program on an accelerated timeline. The emphasis for building the foundation was to keep it simple and create an approach that mirrored how E&PS works and the daily constraints we face. Implementation followed standard methodologies to suit the business; we focused on outcomes, people, process, and platform, and implemented change management strategies from leadership to the front lines.
