How Southern NH University Retains and Shares Knowledge
Succeeding in knowledge management (KM) requires carefully balancing human knowledge and needs with the structure and capabilities of information systems, says Senior KM and Training Specialist Rachel Teague of Southern New Hampshire University (SNHU).
