Growth in Content Management and Knowledge Flow
During this session, Habitat for Humanity International discussed how it has expanded its knowledge management function to support global staff, resulting in the development of the International Knowledge Center. The organization addressed areas such as taxonomy, naming conventions, centralized storage, automation, tacit knowledge flow, and after-action review. The session aimed to share the practical approach to ramping up knowledge management in an international NGO, highlighting potential challenges, the value of automation in content management, and the development of scenario-specific dashboards with content from intranets.
