Having rigorous processes in place is critical when lives are at stake. By adapting APQC’s Process Classification Framework (PCF)® and applying Lean principles to its process work, GeoComm—a software company that serves 9-1-1 centers—was able to reduce errors and rework, speed up new employee onboarding, and make process work easier for everyone.
