In February 2024, APQC conducted a survey to understand the impact of current and emerging technologies on KM teams, programs, and capabilities.

This report summarizes the findings about Knowledge Management (KM) teams' role in their organization’s digital strategy and how emerging technology enables KM with a Digital/IT Function KM Reporting Structure.  Topics covered include knowledge management in technology strategy, current technology implementation enabling KM (including AI), and primary drivers and barriers to successful technology implementation.
