How can Human Resources (HR) lead large-scale transformation that builds a more agile, efficient, and future-ready workforce? This session explored how Intermountain Health’s HR Workforce Transformation team partnered with IT, operations, and clinical leaders to redesign processes, modernize technology, and deliver measurable business impact.

The team piloted Microsoft Copilot to streamline knowledge work, deployed HiredScore and Appcast to transform talent acquisition, and built the business case for a new Learning Experience Platform to support continuous learning. Each initiative was grounded in process improvement, performance management, and alignment with enterprise strategy.

This session equipped participants to: 

  • Connect people, process, and technology to drive workforce transformation.
  • Govern AI responsibly and align technology with business goals.
  • Develop an action plan to reduce cycle times, improve efficiency, and create stronger employee engagement.
