At APQC’s 2025 Conference, Senior Knowledge Transfer and Training Specialist Rachel Teague from Southern New Hampshire University shared how the human touch helps to drive more ethical and effective innovation, whether for AI or any other kind of change. Teague also provided attendees with the opportunity to apply principles of human-centered innovation to a hypothetical AI implementation scenario.
