Digital Transformation of the Finance Function: Utility Industry Practices Report

APQC conducts ongoing research on the finance function to help organizations benchmark and assess the performance of their own finance functions against other organizations both inside and outside their industry. The focus of this survey was on the digital transformation of the finance function.

This data is gathered via a survey comprised of metrics questions and select practices questions that drive performance. This report represents the finance function practices in the utility industry and focuses on the practices frequency data.
