Create an Innovative Leadership Style

Amidst the rapid pace of change in today’s business environment, innovation has never been more important. Stephen Wunker (Managing Director, New Markets Advisors and co-author of The Innovative Leader) joined APQC’s Marisa Brown (Senior Principal Research Lead, Supply Chain Management) to present Three Steps to Innovation Capability.
