In today’s rapidly evolving business world, environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors have emerged as essential pillars of effective supply chain management. However, many companies still struggle to translate ESG ambition into tangible actions within their operations. A recent global survey of 166 supply chain leaders conducted by the Digital Supply Chain Institute (DSCI) and APQC sheds light on the prevailing realities and opportunities within the ESG landscape, emphasizing the critical need to bridge the gap between aspiration and implementation.
