Big Thinkers, Big Ideas: Andy Weir

APQC CEO Carla O'Dell spoke with Andy Weir as part of the "Big Thinkers, Big Ideas" interview series. Weir is the author of The Martian: A Novel, a science-fiction novel that has been adapted into a movie starring Matt Damon and Jessica Chastain premiering October 2015. Prior to taking up fiction writing, Weir worked as a computer program for various software companies, including AOL and Blizzard, where he worked on Warcraft II: Tides of Darkness.
