Aspire to Innovate Through Target Setting

Amidst the rapid pace of change in today’s business environment, innovation has never been more important. Stephen Wunker (Managing Director, New Markets Advisors and co-author of The Innovative Leader) joined APQC’s Marisa Brown (Senior Principal Research Lead, Supply Chain Management) to present Three Steps to Innovation Capability. They discussed Wunker’s building blocks of innovation: First CREATE leadership methods that inspire, then Aspire, Build, and Cultivate goals, systems, and cultures that support innovation.
