Applying a Process Framework: Content Management
Content management is the application of a structured process to store, deliver, and facilitate access to enterprise content. Through its Best Practices in Process Frameworks survey, APQC found that nearly one-third (31%) of respondents leverage a process framework for content management; primarily using it as a taxonomy to organize process knowledge, as well as to reduce redundant content.
