AI is Driving New Skills in Supply Chain
New and emerging technologies are changing the way supply chains operate. The importance of technology on supply chains continues to increase with the many recent external changes affecting supply chains, such as the pandemic, supply shortages, and security threats. Among the technological developments making an impact on supply chain is artificial intelligence (or AI), which can help supply chains make more accurate predictions and thus make more informed decisions.
In this presentation, APQC's Marisa Brown shares highlights from recently conducted research examining the use of AI across the supply chain. The research involved 1,000 participants representing various industries, regions, and organizational sizes. Marisa will focus on the current state of adoption of AI, value drivers, and use cases.
