APQC conducted its annual Financial Management Priorities and Challenges survey in late 2024 to better understand the focus areas, initiatives, and challenges that will shape the finance function in 2025. We surveyed over 300 finance and accounting managers and leaders, asking respondents questions across four broad topics:

  • Digital transformation
  • Cash flow management
  • Data analytics
  • Finance risk management
