Soha Farouk Radwan

Soha Radwan is the Knowledge and Innovation Management Specialist in Dubai Municipality – one of the largest governmental organizations in Dubai – Working on the setting, revising, and executing Knowledge and Innovation Management strategy and framework. 

She is a certified Innovation Strategist, Certified Excellence Assessor, Certified Auditor, and Certified Trainer. She is also a member of the organizational Excellence Executive Team - responsible for the Innovation Management Criteria, member of the Future Team, and member of the Digital Strategy Team.

Soha has more than 20 years of experience in Research, Knowledge, and Innovation Management in both governmental and private sectors. Prior to joining the Dubai Government sector, She handled various projects in the MENA region including the UAE, KSA and Egypt. 

Soha is an MBA holder with two bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and Economics.
