Shanthi Sampathkumar

Shanthi is an experienced knowledge management (KM), learning and media professional. She has been with Cognizant's KM function since its early days and was part of its transformative journey with AI. In her most recent assignment, she joins a vibrant leadership team in accelerating delivery through a 'Redesigned KM' charter and takes care of the KM branding, communication, and change management programs across geos.

Shanthi has a PhD. in knowledge management from Anna University Chennai. She is also a KM Institute certified 'Master Certified Knowledge Manager'. Shanthi has presented papers at several conferences of national and international repute. Prior to joining Cognizant, Shanthi served as a faculty - teaching media subjects for electronic media courses.
