Madison "Maddy" Lundquist leads APQC's process and performance management research, helping organizations identify the best practices that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. She directs research initiatives that examine how leading organizations design, manage, and optimize their processes, translating findings into practical strategies that improve agility, accountability, and business performance. As an instructor, Maddy teaches the Global Thought Leadership Institute (GTLI) Producer course and is a frequent presenter for APQC's process management webinars, helping professionals apply research-based insights to real-world challenges.
Maddy began her APQC career nearly 15 years ago as an intern and has developed deep expertise across marketing, research, and process management. Today, she partners with APQC members to understand their challenges, uncover leading practices, and produce research reports, case studies, and white papers that help organizations strengthen their process management capabilities. She also leads internal process documentation efforts, ensuring APQC's own workflows are clearly defined and continuously improved.
Known for her analytical approach and practical mindset, Maddy specializes in identifying meaningful performance measures and process improvements that help organizations achieve sustainable results. She is passionate about making research accessible and actionable, equipping leaders with the insights and tools they need to improve performance across their organizations.
