Lynda Braksiek leads APQC's world-renowned knowledge management (KM) research and content program, helping organizations strengthen how they capture, share, and apply knowledge to improve performance. With more than 20 years of experience in knowledge management, she partners with leaders to develop practical strategies that preserve critical knowledge, improve collaboration, and connect people with the information and resources they need to succeed. As an instructor, Lynda teaches APQC's knowledge management courses and workshops and is a lead contributor to the organization's webinars, helping professionals apply proven KM practices to real-world challenges.
Before joining APQC, Lynda spent more than two decades as a knowledge management practitioner and was a longtime APQC member, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges organizations face and the practical solutions that drive lasting results. She now leads APQC's KM research agenda, translating emerging trends and best practices into actionable guidance that helps organizations build more connected, resilient, and knowledge-driven cultures.
A certified professional coach, Lynda brings a people-first approach to leadership, combining research with real-world experience to help organizations navigate change, foster collaboration, and build cultures of continuous learning. She is passionate about equipping leaders with the tools, insights, and confidence they need to support their teams and drive meaningful organizational improvement.
