Lisa Fairbanks is the Head, Customer Experience (Cx) Solutions and GTM at AWS where she leads the strategy for Cx Solutions purpose-built to enable AWS customers to compete and win in the experience economy. Prior to joining AWS, Ms. Fairbanks led Product Development for Salesforce.com Practice at Tata Consultancy Services where she managed a portfolio of applications in the domains of customer service/support, customer analytics, customer engagement and process optimization. With 20+ years of experience, Lisa has worked across industries (high-tech, insurance, banking, telecommunications, manufacturing, life sciences and retail) and across business channels (Services, Sales, Marketing and eCommerce). She also holds a patent (10,929,861) for a method and system for measuring a customer experience in an organization.
