Lauren Hays is a Research Manager and instructor at APQC, where she helps organizations transform knowledge into practical insights that improve collaboration, decision making, and organizational performance. She curates and develops knowledge management research and content that supports APQC members while contributing to thought leadership that helps organizations strengthen their knowledge management practices. As an instructor, Lauren teaches the Global Thought Leadership Institute (GTLI) Producer course and is a lead contributor to APQC's knowledge management webinars, helping professionals communicate research effectively and apply knowledge management principles in their organizations.
Drawing on her background in project management and knowledge management, Lauren combines analytical thinking with creative problem solving to make complex information accessible and actionable. She is passionate about storytelling with data, creating engaging learning experiences, and designing dashboards, presentations, and other resources that balance usability with visual impact. Her continuous improvement mindset enables her to identify emerging opportunities and technologies that enhance how organizations capture, share, and apply knowledge.
