Darcy Lemons

Darcy Lemons is a senior consultant with APQC's Advisory Services group and a lead instructor for many of APQC's training courses and workshops. During more than two decades with APQC, she has helped organizations develop, strengthen, and sustain knowledge management (KM) programs while applying process and performance management best practices to improve organizational performance. She partners with clients to assess capabilities, develop strategies and action plans, lead improvement initiatives, and deliver practical training that equips professionals to apply proven approaches in their own organizations.

A recognized expert in knowledge management, Darcy has led or served as a subject matter expert for more than 30 best practice benchmarking and research studies, helping organizations identify effective approaches to critical knowledge transfer, communities of practice, lessons learned, and connecting people to knowledge. She also manages APQC's Knowledge Management Capability Assessment, guiding organizations through assessment, analysis, and action planning to strengthen their KM capabilities.

Darcy is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and webinars, including KMWorld and APQC's annual Knowledge Management Conference, where she shares practical insights on building effective knowledge management programs. She also helped lead APQC's Knowledge Management Advanced Working Group, collaborating with practitioners to develop frameworks, tools, and best practices that continue to shape the field.
